Late Policy

Please beware if you are 15 or more minutes late for an appointment Serenity Spa has the right to lessen service time and charge a late fee of 15% of service provided. We are a VERY busy Spa and so glad you are our customer!!!

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for that special occasion and person. Gift certificates may be purchased by e-mail, phone call, or visit to the Spa in any dollar amount!

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
